§ The Honest Version

How can it be free?

Running an AI contract analyzer is not free for us — every read costs a small amount in language-model credits. We pay that bill because the alternative is people signing four-hundred-thousand-dollar contracts they haven't been allowed to understand. That trade is worth it.

What keeps it sustainable:

  • Self-hosting. The engine is open source under MIT — anyone with their own Anthropic key can run it themselves, indefinitely, on their own bill.
  • Sensible defaults. We don't run analytics pixels, ad networks, or anything that would tempt us to monetize you instead of serve you.
  • Patrons, eventually. Brokerages and PropTech teams that want a hosted API, white-label, or team seats can support the project. We'll publish those offers when they're real — not before.

The promise

The analyzer page you use today will be free a year from now. If we ever introduce a paid tier, the free tier doesn't shrink. We will write that down on the day we ship pricing, in this same document, and you can hold us to it.
